well actually i was on vacation and my mom thought it was time for a new one and he is eatin fine and everything the temp is like 90 and the humidity is like 30 but that is y i need him to get into the hide because it is a humid hide to he will be humid. i cant seem to keep the humidity in the cage up for more than 2 hours

Can you post some pics of your snake, his old hide and his new hide? If the new hide is too big, he won't like it...bp's like those snug tight places....it gives them a sence of security.

If he's roaming around the cage during the day the day instead of being curled up somewhere sleeping something is wrong. Your snake should be active at night and not during the day. If he's in a high traffic area of the house all the noise could be stressing him out and causing him to roam around the tank.
