About Tim. Hard work and family are words that best sum up the life and times of Tim Misny. Tim’s humble beginnings originated in Euclid, Ohio. He was born on April 22, 1955 to Andy and Rose Marie Misny. He grew up in a one-bedroom brick bungalow and attended St. Paul’s Elementary School. At the age of 12 Tim landed his first job ...
Upon passing the state bar exam in 1981, Tim served as the Assistant Prosecutor for four years. Truth be told, Tim’s inspiration to become a personal injury lawyer came to him when he was eight years old.
Recently, Tim successfully resolved a medical malpractice claim in mediation for a four year old boy for, in excess, $5 million. The young boy’s father told Tim that he was impressed with the passion that he had demonstrated throughout.
For more than 3 decades, I’ve fought for my clients by taking on the biggest corporate entities in our society. Time and time again, I have made them pay.
I have met clients at any place or time that is convenient to them. That may be at a surgical intensive care unit late at night or at a family gathering on the weekend. If I agree to take your case, you will have my direct dial cell phone number.
Our resources are two-fold. They include unlimited financial funding of the case, and secondly, a network of nationally recognized experts that we call upon to help us prove not only the wrongdoing, but also the long term monetary damages.
