To the people I insulted, I apologize. Seeing myself online opened my eyes — the manner in which I expressed myself is unacceptable and is not the person I am. I see my words and actions hurt people, and for that I am deeply sorry. While people should be able to express themselves freely, the should do so calmly and respectfully.
"Your staff is speaking Spanish to the customers. They should be speaking in English," Schlossberg told a manager at Fresh Kitchen, which is located next to his law firm. "My guess is they're not documented, so my next call is to ICE to have each of them kicked out of my country."

As the video spread, Schlossberg lost clients, fielded bad reviews on his website, was kicked out of his office space, and had to listen to a mariachi band stationed outside his apartment before he finally apologized a week later. Niche Music Group is among the companies that dropped him.
"What we witnessed in the vile video from Mr. Schlossberg, which has since gone viral, is a humiliating and insulting attack on the more than 50 years of progress that this nation has made since the civil rights movement," Bronx Borough President Rubén Díaz Jr. and Rep.
When his words were greeted with laughter and jeering, Schlossberg appeared to grow even more incensed.
The man continues to express his displeasure to an employee and threatens to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials.
