Even if you have a national practice, if your firm hasn’t been ranked regionally (meaning wherever your offices are located) securing that national ranking is not impossible, but it is extremely challenging.

There are many factors involved:
  1. Nominations.
  2. Participation and voting.
  3. Submission of information.
  4. Feedback from peers.
  5. Client reviews.
  6. Verdict amounts.
  7. Independent research.
  8. Vetting by a panel of experts.
