The more I see of Donna the more I am convinced that she is the most arrogant, over-rated character in the series. Also, for all that self-styled I-am-the-greatest-reader-of-people, she can't for sure speak two straight and right sentences under pressure, especially in the court.

So I finished the "rewind" episode and we saw a kind louis who aspired to be an amazing boss. Now he's just some common asshole and I'm wondering what exactly happened for this shift? Was it getting blamed for the embezzling? Because he didn't lose his job or anything?
