At least 40 percent of lawyers surveyed in five of the six states reported being threatened and/or physically assaulted at least once. In most states, general litigators, criminal defense lawyers, family law attorneys, and prosecutors were the most likely to receive threats.

Firm only offers a high deductible health insurance and a commuter check option. 401k is not matched by firm. No bonuses, no perks but lots of nepotism. High turnover in employees and attorneys. Not good for long time employment.
Smaller law firm that has it's issues with some attorneys but if you can see past them, you'll be fine. There are some nice people and some not so nice people.
