But, they do get back together after a long wait. At the end of season 2 Colt goes to Abby preparing his marriage proposal, but does not propose after finding out his previous girlfriend Heather became pregnant after hooking up with Colt prior to his new relationship with Abby.
Colt and Abby are back together, and not only that, but they have another child on the way. This is the best way their story could end, honestly. We saw the whole will they/won't they thing for a few seasons, so it's good that Colt was able to get his act together, and Abby was able to see the good that was in him.
Ever since Ms. Bilson moved on from her acting career (let's hope it isn't over), she has devoted her time to her daughter. When the COVID pandemic hit in 2020, she was looking forward to making holiday memories with her then 6-year-old daughter, Briar Rose.
