The quick review on my experience with Doug: charismatic, friendly, good-listener and confident we could win what we were asking for (which was minimal); YEARS of spurring for action to no avail, unanswered/unreturned phone calls and emails, times of friendly conversation, other times of unwarranted irascible outbursts at me when I tried to pin him down, telling me he would finish the case for just one more deposit, inaccurate bookkeeping on contacts made, and no end to the dispute.
