they need to help meth addicts with meds and those are proven effective as deterrents in most ocases. bring them in weekly and pill count them. no excuse to do that to a dog. meth is a stupid drug but sorry its not as a hallucinogen or some alchohol impairs judgement but more just makes people aggressive or aggitated not sleep with animals no excuse there.
