August 21, 2012. Having lost her powers, Panty is kicked out by Garterbelt and moves onto a farm with an old woman who, unbeknownst to her, is in league with Garterbelt and persuades her to stop Corset from using Brief to unlock Hell's Gate. Panty has sex with Brief, losing her virginity and restoring her powers.
To cheer her up, Brief invites her to a party where he is to be engaged to the mayor's daughter (Scanty in disguise) and instead announces his intention to marry Panty. Scanty and Kneesocks attack Panty, who begins losing her angelic powers and escapes with Brief.
While investigating a series of disappearances at Daten City High School, Panty and Stocking encounter Queen Barby, the cheerleading team captain whose reign as the most popular student is threatened by the Anarchy sisters.

Ghosts are another name for Demons and the so-called "Demons" are Puella Magi who, upon the verge of death, rejected Madoka's gift.

Well, in "Les Diaboliques" we see Chuck driving the car in a way that's maybe even better than the sisters. Also, it's obvious that he can use it to fight, and Stocking wasn't seen with the intention to change place with him. So, Panty and Stocking drive See Through, but it's actually Chuck's car/weapon.
Just think about it, angels that protect the souls of departed people, the ghost will be souls of people who just died, and the demons will try to take that souls to hell That would certainly explain why there's a city between Heaven and Hell in the first place - it's Purgatory. So does that mean Panty and Stocking are...? If so, then they're not doing a very good job..
