Grifter who must have owed Sophie a pretty big favor. Played by Jeri Ryan. While little is known about her, a few details are clear. She worked for the army, and was trained by either the FBI, or the Marines. Since Sophie returned, she and her have been meeting off-screen, but did not work together due to their clashing styles.

Two FBI agents Leverage Consulting & Associates tends to come across from time to time. They're not aware of the Leverage group, however, as they believe that Parker and Hardison are FBI superiors. Played, respectively, by Rick Overton and Gerald Downey.
An investment banker with a large number of addictions, he steals from a charity in a flawed attempt at helping them, making himself the target of one of Leverage's cons. He proves to be an alright guy underneath everything, and returns in a later episode. Played by Drew Powell in "The 12-Step Job" and "The Boys' Night Out Job."
Noah Wyle, best known for ER and The Librarians, will join the cast of the Leverage revival. His role at the time is currently unknown, though many fans believe that he will be the new Mastermind. Hopefully, as with the end of the original series, Parker will remain the Mastermind of Team Leverage. Because character development that’s why!
Aldis Hodge (Hardison) is set as recurring due to the fact that Leverage will more than likely film around the same time as City on a Hill’s second season. Notably absent is Timothy Hutton, who played Nate Ford aka the Mastermind of the Leverage crew.
Sophie and Nate, however, decided to take a retirement from cons in order to have their happily ever after. So whatever brings the group together again, it will have to be pretty big.
She tried to fend off meeting up with the old gang at Nate’s grave, but proceeded. Afterward, at Sophie’s home, they toasted Nate — as Eliot for one put it, “He was self-righteous, arrogant, and I swear to God he made it up half the time, but I’ll miss the Hell out of him” — before catching up on each other’s lives.
Regrouping away from the museum, Harry — deemed “you shady ” by Hardison — explains to the team how he had labored to negotiate settlements for Maxwell, from those whose lives had been crippled by opioid addictions. Yet when it came time to sign the deals, Maxwell coldly changed his mind.
Sophie is a teammate to Hardison. It is clear to him that she and Nate have a deeper relationship and he respects her as much as he respects Nathan. In Sophie's absence during Season 2 (" The Ice Man Job "), Hardison calls her for help. It is slowly revealed through the episode Parker and Eliot also called for help, each making Sophie promise she wouldn't tell Nate.
In The Big Bang Job, Parker tells Hardison she is in the mood for pretzels, referencing their conversation at the end of The Double Blind Job.

As the team leader, Hardison respects Nate. When Nate rebukes Hardison in " The Mile High Job ", Hardison buckles down and manages the "impossible", which eventually helps him save the day. In " The Nigerian Job ", Hardison is quick to realize that Nate is a good influence on him.
