Kevin McGarryNathan Grant is played by Kevin McGarry, he plays the new Mountie of the RNWMP (Royal North-West Mounted Police) on When Calls the Heart. He first appeared in Season 6 episode 4, also one of Elizabeth's suitors.

She gives birth to their baby boy whom she names after her deceased husband, Jack. In the years following her husband's death, Elizabeth adjusts to life as a single parent and is courted by two new suitors—businessman Lucas Bouchard (Chris McNally) and another Mountie, Nathan Grant (Kevin McGarry).

Kevin McGarry (Nathan Grant ) With the opening left by Jack’s death, Nathan Grant galloped into town to take over the Mountie duties at the Hope Valley post. He’s looking to put down roots mainly to provide stability for his niece, Allie, for whom he has custody after her parents passed away.
Allie Grant is Nathan’s precocious niece. She always seems to be stirring up some kind of trouble, whether it’s intentional or not. Her uncle is her legal guardian after both her parents died.
Viv, Vienna, and Elias Leacock; Natasha Burnett (The Canfield Family) The Canfields are new family coming to Hope Valley in season 8. Joseph ( Viv Leacock ), his wife Minnie ( Natasha Burnett ), and their kids, Angela ( Vienna Leacock) and Cooper ( Elias Leacock) come to town in hopes of buying the gas station there.
Rosemary makes herself useful at Abigail's Cafe. Jack and the townspeople work on building the new church to become the school. Elizabeth gets reacquainted with her old life away from Hope Valley. One of the widows gets proposed to and the wedding brings the townspeople closer together. Abigail receives troubling information about Bill Avery.
