Mark PellegrinoMark Pellegrino is an American actor who portrayed Gavin Q. Baker III in season 7 of The Closer. He is best known for his portrayals of Lucifer in Supernatural, Paul Bennett in Dexter, Jacob in Lost and as Bishop in Being Human.
Being Human co-star Mark Pellegrino has booked a recurring role on the final season of TNT's The Closer. The actor, whose credits include arcs on Supernatural and Lost, will play Gavin Q.

Mark is a teacher at Playhouse West, which was founded by Robert Carnegie and the late Sanford Meisner.
He appeared in a wheelchair in a couple of episodes and now seems to have been replaced. A: Avery was recovering from foot surgery when those episodes were filmed. Then “Closer” producers decided to cast another actor as the medical examiner, but it had nothing to do with his temporary disability.
But I have to say I'm disappointed (though my feelings are mixed) that Brenda didn't get pregnant in this last episode. The transition from death to life, as she loses her mother & her career, would have been perfect.
Thomas "Tommy" Delk is the Chief of the LAPD during The Closer, Season 6. Chief Delk died of a sudden brain aneurysm after only 10 months in office in the Season 7 premiere, “Unknown Trouble”. After Delk's appointment as the Chief, he planned on restructuring the department.
