3. Jesse R. Binnall “Donald Trump won … after you account for the fraud and irregularities that occurred,” Jesse Binnall, who is representing the Trump campaign in Nevada, said Tuesday. Binnall, 41, normally practices law in Alexandria, Virginia, outside Washington, and is experienced in political cases.

Marc A. Scaringi Marc Scaringi, a lawyer in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, is leading the Trump campaign’s legal effort in that state. Scaringi, 51, focuses his practice on business and corporate law and has about 20 years of experience. Scaringi worked on then-Rep. Rick Santorum’s campaign for U.S. Senate in Pennsylvania.

Futerfas made his name as a defense attorney by successfully representing mobsters in New York City. He later expanded to defending corporate and white collar crimes, and more recently cyber crimes. Representing the former president in last year's trial, which ended with his acquittal by the Senate, was a cadre of well-known attorneys that included White House counsel Pat Cipollone, Jay Sekulow , Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz, former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi and former independent counsel Ken Starr, among others.

Another household name in the US, Starr was the aggressive independent counsel who spearheaded the investigation that culminated in the impeachment of President Bill Clinton two decades ago. The Starr report, and the 11 charges against Clinton that went with it, propelled him into international notoriety as the Republican scourge out to get a popular Democratic leader. He has refused to apologize to Monica Lewinsky, the White House intern who became the focus of the investigation as he tried to extract evidence about her tryst with Clinton.
