Hired Pullin Law Firm to do a modification on my home in 2016, paid $4000 up front was told by Susana that they could get it done, months went by no return calls or updates, got a letter saying my home had a sale date and my home was sold at auction, called Susana was told they knew nothing.

Took money and ran

I tried to use these guys for a modifcation on my morgage, I think a lot of people did, but shortly after paying them they disappeared from their hauppauge office. They also got sued from some people in conneticut about sending out text messages.

I hired this firm to assist me with saving my home and you can only imagine how scary this was do try and deal with on my own. I has attempted this all on my own with no success and finally has enough. I spoke with Melissa who took me under her wing and assigned my file to an amazing woman Susanna who was a god send.

Do not recommend

We wanted to hire this attorney for foreclosures defense and loan modification, but never got clear answer what they going to do , how they going to help and even who is the attorney. Lizette promised that they will do modification but they said that they don't have an attorney, they work differently. Very veered.

Pullin Law firm did nothing as promised in our meeting with Lizette Gonzales. We ended with a payment we couldn't afford, a high interest rate. Pullin tells you what you want to hear but in no way delivers. We dealt with more than 5 emloyees and even spoke with Allen Pullin himself, who talks in circles with no info.

Home modifications

My experience with Pullin law firm is not a good one. I lost my job back in July of 2014 and needed help with my mortgages (I had two) Upon my consult with Lizette I was told how Pulling was going to "swing for the fences!" (they never showed up to play) they were going to try to get my first mortgage reduced plus get my interest lowered etc.
