¡ Former Playboy model Shera Bechard accused her onetime attorney Keith Davidson of malpractice in preparing a nondisclosure agreement stemming from her affair with a top Trump donor, Elliott Broidy ...
*In April 2018 the Wall Street Journal first reported that Donald Trump âs personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, negotiated a deal in late 2017 to pay Shera Bechard $1.6 million after she said she was impregnated by top Republican fundraiser, Elliott Broidy .
¡ The suit also names as defendants Bechardâs former lawyer, Keith Davidson, who cut deals for Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougal, and current Daniels lawyer Michael Avenatti.
After details of Broidyâs affair were published in the Wall Street Journal, he acknowledged the relationship, admitted the existence of the settlement agreement and said he wouldnât pay Bechard any more money because the confidentiality deal was breached.
Bechardâs complaint, filed under seal in Los Angeles Superior Court and released with redactions, blames Davidson and lawyer Michael Avenatti for making the deal public.
Avenatti, who mentioned the pact on Twitter in April without naming Bechard or Broidy, said in an email on Tuesday: âWhen I am fully exonerated in this case because I did nothing wrong, I will be pursuing a malicious prosecution action against [Bechardâs new attorney Peter] Stris and his client for their frivolous claims against me.â
The suit says Davidson refused to let Bechard keep a copy of her nondisclosure agreement with Broidy, which included terms such as the $4.8 million in damages if she violated the pact. Bechard aborted her pregnancy in December, the suit says. Advertisement. By early April, Broidy had paid $400,000.

Bechardâs lawsuit seeks compensatory damages from all defendants, full payment from Broidy on an expedited schedule, a disgorgement or reduction in Davidsonâs fees and punitive damages against Davidson.
Bechard alleges in her complaint that she met with Davidson on Oct. 31, 2017 for help "dealing with a problem." She says she was seven weeks pregnant with Broidyâs child, conceived in an extra-marital affair. Broidy was, at the time, a deputy finance chair of the Republic National Committee. She terminated the pregnancy in early December 2017.
Stris also represented McDougal in her lawsuit against National Enquirer publisher AMI, Inc., which settled earlier this year.
In last 18 mos, Mr. Cohen negotiated yet another hush NDA, this time on behalf of a prominent GOP donor who had a relationship with a LA woman, impregnated her and then made sure she had an abortion. The deal provided for multiple payments across many months. #basta
Porn actress Stormy Daniels' lawyer Michael Avenatti talks to the media outside of Los Angeles County Superior Court after a hearing in Los Angeles Tuesday, July 10, 2018. A judge has ordered a former Playboy centerfold model to provide copies of a lawsuit she filed last week to Avenatti and a top fundraiser for President Donald Trump.
By mid-November, Davidson presented her with a proposed deal -- without providing her a copy, according to her complaint -- and she signed and agreed to the terms, under which both parties agreed to clam up about their relationship, and in return Broidy would pay Bechard $1.6 million in eight installments -- with Davidson taking 35 percent off the top. Broidy made the first two payments.
A California court on Tuesday unsealed a redacted complaint filed by former Playboy model Shera Bechard against top GOP fundraiser Elliott Broidy -- alleging that Broidy has breached a contract that required him to pay Bechard $1.6 million to keep quiet about their affair and her pregnancy. The suit also names as defendants Bechardâs former lawyer, ...
Broidyâs attorneys filed a motion in July to redact parts of Bechardâs complaint that contain explosive allegations against him. A judge agreed and redacted portions of Bechardâs complaint this summer. Broidyâs motion, however, contains the unredacted allegations. They include Bechardâs claim that Broidy compelled to her to have an abortion;
Broidy then refused to pay a $200,000 installment to Bechard because, he claims, Davidson discussed the confidential agreement with Michael Avenatti, the attorney representing Daniels in her lawsuit against Trump and Cohen to break her own hush-money agreement.
Bechard said in her lawsuit she met Broidy at a California restaurant in 2013, and that they referred to one another as âmommyâ and âdaddy.â. In 2016, she alleges, Broidy became increasingly violent and told her she was âfat and needed to fix itâ with liposuction, the suit said.
The agreement between Bechard and Broidy was drawn up by President Donald Trumpâs former fixer, Michael Cohen, using some of the same language he wrote for a non-disclosure agreement to silence Stormy Daniels about her alleged affair with Trump. Cohen pleaded guilty to breaking the law to silence Daniels and Karen McDougal, who also alleged an affair with Trump.
Bechard also claims that she was scared of Broidy because he carried a gun in his car and âhad told her that he knew people who could make other people disappear.â She alleges that Keith Davidson âher former attorney who negotiated the hush-money agreementâtold her that Broidy would sue her for child support if she kept the baby and that Bechard should âbe very very careful.â
Thatâs according to accusations leveled by the mistress, Shera Bechard, and revealed in a document unsealed in court on Friday. Bechard sued Elliott Broidy, the former deputy finance chairman of the Republican National Committee, for allegedly breaching their hush-money agreement by refusing to pay the full $1.6 million for her silence about ...
Shera Bechard also accused Elliott Broidy of having unprotected sex with herââwithout telling her he had genital herpes.â. Broidy denies the claims.
Broidy accuses Keith Davidson, the former lawyer for Bechard and Daniels, of leaking Broidyâs agreement to Avenatti.
On April 12, Avenatti tweeted: âIn last 18 mos, Mr. Cohen negotiated yet another hush NDA, this time on behalf of a prominent GOP donor who had a relationship with a LA woman, impregnated her and then made sure she had an abortion. The deal provided for multiple payments across many months.â
Broidy is being sued by former Playboy Playmate Shera Bechard, who became pregnant with his child before having an abortion.
The whole thing seemed odd, leading Paul Campos to make the case that it was actually Donald Trump who had the affair, with Broidy taking the fall for him. Campos made a decent case, but it was purely speculative and quickly dropped out of sight.
Whatâs more, he only represented Broidy on one thing: a hush money payment to a Playboy model he had an affair with, some of which was used to pay for an abortion. When that was revealed, Broidy immediately confessed in a surprisingly workmanlike statement and that was that.

It always seemed odd that Broidy had paid Shera Bechard $1.6 million for her silence, considering that an affair with a guy like Broidy was hardly front-page news. However, an affair with Trump would be front-page news, and this was right in the middle of Broidyâs big campaign to get Trump to help him out with the Qatar business. What better way to ingratiate yourself with Trump than to offer to cover this up for him? According to the Wall Street Journal, the hush money was paid in âlate 2017,â exactly the same time that Broidy made his donation to the RNC in order to get Nader his picture with Trump.
