Robert Zochodne was born and raised in Oshawa. He graduated from Paul Dwyer High School in 1977 and attended the University of Western Ontario. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 1982 and has been a practising lawyer in Oshawa since 1984. Rob is a former director of Information Oshawa.
