Large, corporate firm structure can be a lot of red tape, but that works for you if you like clear expectations from supervisors.

So far it seems very family friendly. Can work from home, or not come to office, etc...so long as clients are happy, the firm is happy.

Co-workers are great to work along side of. Firm offers training and career development. Benefits package is the best I have seen. Allows for health work/life balance.
