It's a great place to work at. Very cooperative management. Flexible working hours plus overtime. One problem: you might get laid off if the orders are down, but that never happen to me.
The pay is good but the ppl there are not. They're old, cranky and snotty! They've been there so long they start to think they're the supervisor. They don't want to train or help you. You're on your own.
Box the windows down and scan the boxes and I also was in shipping I ship the windows off and continue to make more windows I also cleaned the windows off before going into the boxes .
I work good with others and by my self may take alittle time to learn somthing but once I understand I am good to go I love making new friends and work buddy’s
The work environment is terrible. Workers they hire are brain dread and have no skills. Management is hired with absolutely no skills in employee management. Expect you to work every weekend while they take 4 day weekends and come into work 2 hours after you start.
You are either in with the crowd, or out. I submitted several suggestions to improve the working culture in the department I was associated with. Very few were implemented, while I was there.
