The samples are obtained by killing zombies already in room whose corpse will appear as a lootable object (normally the ones that leave the samples are the common zombies), or by checking zombie corpses that are already in place. Zombies that enter rooms later will never drop any samples.
Comer and Son Inc. usually spawns randomly around Level 45-50 areas (Lerwillbury, Duntsville & South Moorhurst) of the map.

Your 2nd weapon slot can be used as a stat booster by equipping a weapon with lots of good Global Stats , such as Sprint Speed, EXP Gain, -Incoming Damage and Damage vs Mutated/Infected. Any stats that start with "Weapon" such as "Weapon Headshot Damage" aren't global, meaning it will only affect the weapon whilst it is equipped, whereas "Damage vs Mutated" will affect both weapons.
The Stalker boss is un-killable for now, and has to be fled. Entering an outpost will make him stop chasing you instantly, otherwise you will have to avoid him for 5-10 minutes. Once he gives up the change will award the player with some EXP.
This monstrosity was once a healthy woman in the later stages of pregnancy. The N4 virus unsparingly fused both mother and fetus, as if to further mock the sanctity of life. Taller than most of your average zombies, the mother possesses two pairs of gaping maws as arms, although it isn't her primary form of attack.
The Choir, named for his many head growths, is a very dangerous enemy to face even in groups.
One of the new forms of mutations in the Fairview outskirts. Although his nickname, the rickety figure and awkward gait is laughable at first, "Fingers" is not a threat to trifle with. His optical senses have undergone extreme mutation in bio-luminescence in addition to the usual size and muscle mutations.
It's rumored that Fairview's top body builders used the N4 Drug to stay one step above the rest of the competition, which have since mutated their elitist bodies into a monstrous and twisted mold of a "Titan". This beast is the stuff of nightmares, using his terrifying loud roars to intimidate his prey whilst charging at full speed.
Once an ordinary female infected, the N4 virus mutated its unfortunate victim into a figure that looks like it walked out of a nightmare. Its moniker is derived from the meter-long tentacles that have replaced its arms.
The supposed "Sister" to Fingers, the Spitter shares similar movements to Fingers, with the exception of being more lethal. The Spitter is unique unlike other bosses, relies on its ranged projectile vomit attack, that spews 5 projectiles at the survivor, capable of inflicting burn status upon the survivor should the projectiles hit.
The Stalker keeps you on your toes looking behind your back constantly. Sometimes, the creature will simply walk towards it's target, while in most cases, it will sprint extremely fast at it's target, never slowing down, and following survivors through buildings.
Production Professions are able to create specific goods as long as the player has logged in at some point during the day. The number of items created is random while the quality of them is determined by the level your character. A higher level character means higher quality goods. The production cycle is once every 24 hours.
They have the ability to spontaneously generate items in their inventory once a day, provided they log in that day. These produced items can be either kept for personal use, or sold for a profit. Note that when they are in Starving or Critical condition, they will stop generating items.
Only a few professions are still useful for survival in our zombified world, but these few are now highly valued. Doctors, Chefs, and Engineers are required to support life within the outposts.
They have an edge over other classes in terms of combat. These characters are in some way more fit (usually due to some kind of body training) for fighting than the average person, and they start the game with a bonus to their starting stats. A Stat-Booster class has more overall power than a character in another category of the same level.
They usually have no special bonuses at all. Rather than special skills or increased stats, Role-playing Classes level up faster. A Role-playing Class starts the game with no benefits at all, except maybe any extra cash they had on them, but in the hands of a skilled player they can quickly flourish.
An exclusive class, currently inaccessible to the public and only used by the creator of Dead Frontier. It's bonuses and/or abilities are unknown.
An exclusive class used by AdminPwn, it is not available to the public. As with the Cyborg class, its abilities and bonuses are unknown. The creation of this class is for the commemoration of Christmas.
Every 7 days (Not Monday to Sunday, depends on when the last map reset happened) the world map will reset, meaning that a new randomly generated world will appear, with potentially more or less buildings and streets. Also meaning a new map reset may have more Police Departments or Hospitals.
Most building types have an increased chance of dropping certain items, such as the Hospital having a much higher chance of containing Medical items, compared to any other building types. Here's the accurate list from AdminPwn himself:
If you look at the name of the buildings on the map you will notice that there are repeating naming patterns between them. The common pattern between the building names is located at the end of the name, for example "Sullivan cottage", "Cardenas Cottage", and "Bridges Cottage".
