Falkenstein

I was given Bob Falkenstein's name by a friend who had gone through a divorce. She highly recommended him. Bob and his paralegal Candace had my case thoroughly prepared. They took the information I gave them, evaluated it, and laid everything out for me as to where I stood in stages. The settlement conference is where Bob's expertise really shined.

Represented me for my Dissolution of Marriage

Appreciated their response time to questions, changes in documents, and they listened. I live out of town and I particularly appreciated their consideration of that and was able to accomplish much through emails and phone calls vs. taking time off work to have face to face meetings.

I got everything I wanted, plus,

I used Bob for my divorce. My now ex-husband would constantly tell me to "call off the pit bull". Bob was very knowledgable and his experience is definitely apparent. When he wasn't available, his office partner, attorney Chad Zandi, stepped in and was just as good.

A very knowledgeable attorney

Mr. Falkenstein helped my husband and I relocate with my children. He was very knowledgeable of the relocation process. He never guaranteed that the relocation would happen, but he helped me build my case and it all went well! I trust Mr.

Nice and knowledgeable

Made my divorce proceedings simple and straight forward. No hidden B.S.

Will NEVER hire again OR recommend to anyone!!

I hired Bob over a year ago to do my divorice and it still isn't final yet!! I never, and I mean never get to talk to him!! "He's out.. He's on vacation.. Blah blah blah!" Same crap everytime! He has not kept me informed on what's going on.

Terrible Experience

I have worked with 4 attorneys. Falkenstein was my second attorney. My experience was that he takes on too many clients so he cannot properly represent you. He was often unavailable when I needed to speak to him. He did not make us feel like he was keeping our best interest in mind.

Awesome Attorney!

Iwalked in her office and asked her if she could get me custody of my kids and she said yes I can.. And she did.....

Waste of money

Started using her services 5 years ago for divorce and ensuing custody. Fast forward to the last 14 months when I again used her to get the parenting plan amended to reflect the schedule we had been following the last 2.5 years. She told me at the first meeting there was no reason it wouldn't be because it had been the "status quo".

Unresponsive and Undependable

My 92 year old Father contracted with her to update his will. It was at least a month before he was sent a first draft, in which were many errors, including his last name--which was entirely something else. Today (15 July/2015) he had a scheduled appointment. To his surprise, she moved to new offices without informing him.
