I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy this John Grisham book as, having pre-ordered it, I hadn't read any reviews. I can't agree with the people who say it is a series of short stories: Although it is not one crime defended by one lawyer, it is numerous crimes defended by the same lawyer, which is what I assume happens in real life.
