Mr. Terry did my custody/divorce case. He was kind and knowledgable. He didn't charge a lot and was more involved than my ex husband's attorney. He showed me the statute in his books and explained the situation so I could understand. I paid 1/3 what my ex paid his attorney and I won. Will use him again.
We had tenants that did not pay... looked for help to eviction. We have the details prior to going to visit/consultation... He had to look everything up and was not knowledgeable on the case. He looked many things up and even was questioning his decisions. He knew all the tenants rights. I further emailed him a question he did not answer..
