A good way to deal with this situation is to write or fax the lawyer a straightforward letter explaining your difficulty in communicating and asking for a phone call or meeting to re-establish or restore your relationship. More often, however, clients believe their lawyer's fees are not reasonable because they lost their case or because they feel their lawyer did a poor job representing them. In these cases, clients want their lawyer's fees to be reduced.
