Sep 05, 2019 ¡ By James T. Harris Sep 5, 2019 We knew this was the case but a new video has surfaced of leftist activist Debra Katz, the attorney for Christine Blasey-Ford, admitting her client (falsely) accused Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct in order to protect abortion and Roe v. Wade!! She admits it and is proud of the lie!

He was found guilty of his crimes and sentenced for up to 175 years on state charges of sexual assault. He was also given a 60-year sentence on federal child pornography charges. Time magazine honored Ford as one of the yearâs most influential people.
The attorney for a woman who made unsupported allegations of sexual assault against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh admitted that she and her client Christine Blasey Ford were motivated by their support for abortion. The admission, first reported in Ryan Lovelaceâs new book â Search and Destroy: Inside the Campaign Against Brett Kavanaugh ,â was confirmed with video footage.
Katzâs attorneys performed their work for free, they said. More than $850,000 was raised by activists to support Ford, and an endowment is being set up to honor her for making the claims against Kavanaugh.
By contrast, the claims against Kavanaugh were uncorroborated, including one claim brought by Michael Avenattiâs client Julie Swetnick that alleged Kavanaugh was the covert leader of an underage gang rape cartel that roamed the streets of suburban Maryland searching out victims.
Later, at an âApplied Feminism and #MeTooâ conference, Lovelace reports, Katz admitted the allegations were brought forward to taint any abortion jurisprudence by the Supreme Court and undermine Kavanaughâs authority. Katz admitted:
Kavanaughâs nomination for the Supreme Court was nearly derailed by last-minute unsubstantiated allegations that he had attempted to rape Ford when they were in high school decades prior. She said she feared he might kill her as well.
Sports Illustrated chose her to present an award to former gymnast Rachael Denhollander, who was the first of more than 250 women to publicly accuse USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar of sexual assault.
American Lawyer Magazine reporter Ryan Lovelace authored a book released last week entitled, Search and Destroy: Inside the Campaign against Brett Kavanaugh, portraying Katz as a partisan, politically-motivated feminist who encouraged Ford to smear Kavanaugh.
Two other accusers, Deborah Ramirez and Julie Swetnick also alleged separate instances of sexual assault by Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh was confirmed in a 50-48 Senate vote on October 6, immediately following the investigation. Lovelace's book claims Katz was angry at the white men in charge of the Senate confirmation process and had a partisan axe to grind by trying to keep a conservative off the court.
Results of a polygraph test taken by Judge Brett Kavanaugh accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, indicate her responses to the two questions asked of her about her sexual assault allegations against him to be "not indicative of deception," according to the report on the polygraph .
Ford's attorneys said in their letter that they would not produce their client's medical records because they contain "private, highly sensitive information that is not necessary for the committee to assess the credibility of her testimony.".
Hanafin said that when he first met Ford, she was nervous, like most people who take polygraphs are. He added that it was an "unremarkable" test, which is standard. He also acknowledged that regardless of the results, there is "a certain segment that'll just say this is just junk science.".
Keyser was being pressured by Fordâs allies from high school to do more to help their friend â and things were getting dirty, according to the book. In a group text, one woman wrote of Keyser, âMaybe one of you guys who are friends with her can have a heart to heart. I donât care, frankly, how fâked up her life is.
Last year, Ford testified at Kavanaughâs Senate confirmation that Keyser was at the Maryland house party in the summer of 1982 when Kavanaugh, then 17, attacked her. Ford was 15 at the time. Ford told the Senate Judiciary Committee that Kavanaugh and his friend, Mark Judge, pushed her into a room and that Kavanaugh forced her onto a bed, ...
Christine Blasey Fordâs friend now says sheâs skeptical of Kavanaugh accusation. A high-school pal of Brett Kavanaugh accuser Christine Blasey Ford says in a new book that sheâs skeptical of Fordâs claim the Supreme Court justice sexually assaulted her at a party in the 1980s.
At the time of the Senate hearing, Keyserâs lawyer, Howard Walsh, wrote an e-mail to the committee saying his client didnât known Kavanaugh and didnât recall being at the party with him.
Wade. It is important that we know that Christine Blasey Ford did very real harm to actual survivors of sexual assault by cravenly lying about an innocent man.
The left will start by insisting that because Ginsburg is a member of The Diversityâ˘, she can only be replaced by someone even more representative of diversity, such as a one-eyed, one-legged, impoverished billionaire who is half-Chinese, half-Eskimo and half-black, who was born during a lunar eclipse and is a transgender lesbian.
Speaking of which, Blasey Ford deserves to be charged with perjury now that her attorney has admitted to the lie. The Senate should send a criminal referral to the DOJ and the DOJ should investigate and prosecute her for viciously smearing Brett Kavanaugh the way she did.
Well⌠thatâs too bad. If Ginsburg thinks itâs perfectly okay to stay on the court for political reasons until sheâs carried out boots-first, then Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) shouldnât have any qualms about confirming her replacement during an election year for political reasons.
Christine Blasey Ford really is a Profile In Courage! This is also a good reminder of the incredible lengths that the Democrats will go to if Ruth Bader Ginsburg should not wake up one of these mornings and Donald Trump picks her replacement.
When Christine Blasey Ford testified against Brett Kavanaugh last year during his confirmation hearing to sit on the Supreme Court, she had the backing of the leftist media, the #MeToo movement, the pro-abortion movement, Hollywood, Democrats in Congress and her activist attorneys. But noticeably missing from Ford's corner was her family.
Brett Kavanaughâs father was approached by Fordâs father at the golf club where they are both members," they report. "Ralph Blasey, Fordâs father, went out of his way to offer to Ed Kavanaugh his support of Brett Kavanaughâs confirmation to the Supreme Court, according to multiple people familiar with the conversation that took place ...
This was relevant because Democrats repeatedly bragged that Christine Blasey Ford was credible because she passed a polygraph test. Polygraphs are inadmissible in court because they are unreliable, since even the biggest liars can be coached to pass them.
Hemingway suggested that Christine Blasey Fordâs family didnât believe her groping allegations either because they didnât show up to her hearing in Washington and didnât really defend her in the press.

July 10, 2019. |. Samantha Chang | Print Article. Christine Blasey Ford, the liberal professor who accused US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh of groping her 36 years ago, was not the apolitical angel the left-wing media painted her to be.
â [She was] a heavy drinker who was much more aggressive with boys than we were led to believe,â Hemingway said on the Ingraham Angle. âNot only was she not asked about that, but you do not see media coverage of it.â
In a sworn declaration to the Senate Judiciary Committee, Blasey Fordâs former boyfriend â businessman Brian Merrick â said she once coached her âlifelong best friendâ on how to pass a polygraph test when the friend was interviewing for jobs with the FBI and DOJ.
