Maybe the action is a job/career change, or maybe it’s analysis to identify what changes would negate that statement (partly or completely) and making those changes. Law schools and career counselors spend too much time focused on "traditional" law work: the idea of a Law firm and a Lawyer billing hours to a variety of clients.
