It is with profound sadness and immense respect that we announce the passing of our beloved founder Russ Brown, the original attorney who rides. Everyone here at Russ Brown Motorcycle Attorneys is grateful for his passionate contribution to the motorcycle community and so proud to continue his legacy.
Mr. Brown is active in the community, and currently serves on various non-profit boards and leads the Dallas Justice legal ministry. He has trained judges and lawyers on three continents, chaired fundraisers for local and international ministries, and written as a guest columnist for the Dallas Morning News on charitable endeavors.
While Mr. Brown’s practice is focused on labor and employment matters, he also counsels clients in matters involving business and commercial litigation and beyond, acting as quarterback for carefully curated legal teams designed to meet clients’ legal needs.

It’s important to understand that Russ decided to step back (“retire” to him is an offensive word not in his vocabulary) in order to offer his guidance and experience. He did this for two reasons—because 1) he cares deeply about protecting motorcyclists and 2) he’s a very smart man.
