It's been more than three years since Josh Barro and Ken White started All The President's Lawyers (the first name of this show) to explore the legal problems of then-President Donald Trump, and wow, did he have legal problems.
According to a CNN report, a person familiar with the departures told the outlet that Trump wanted the attorneys to argue there was mass election fraud and that the election was stolen from him rather than focus on the legality of convicting a president after he's left office.

The team wanted to defend using the fact that Trump isn't President anymore, so it's unconstitutional to try him, while Trump demands that they argue that there was election fraud.

In Arizona, a criticized Republican review of the results in the state’s largest county failed to support Mr. Trump’s false claims of fraud. Despite that, the so-called Stop the Steal movement appears to be racing forward as more G.O.P. politicians announce Arizona-style reviews in other states.
