My husband and I didn’t know anything. Manda advised us of options that we didn’t know we could choose from. Manda is very knowledgeable, well prepared and she lays everything out. Very very pleased. Thank you! Manda
Some attorneys require an upfront payment to secure their services before they begin their work.
Manda helped me through a very difficult separation from a long time employer. She and her staff were attentive, on time, always very clear and always beyond friendly and supportive. I felt validated and heard.
She helped me with a non-compete case. Identified who had to be contacted and stated the case. When settled, even followed up to see if my new employment went through. Thank you!
I battled the UIA for 2 years before I finally hired Manda. She was able to promptly get a hearing scheduled and professionally presented the evidence. The Judge ruled in my favor and reversed all the restitution and penalty fees. I should have hired her two years earlier.
I had a difficult case that almost no other lawyer would accept to take on. When I contacted Manda I immediately got a response. I was called in to explain the context of my case and though it was difficult to prove she took it on. She was very knowledgeable and well informed of the law. When we were in court she "ate them alive".
Manda Danieleski is like no other lawyer I have ever dealth with. She will answer a text at 11:00 pm, return an email on a Sunday, and she actually cares about her clients. My case was not an easy case to work with as it involved wrongful termination as well as unemployment benefits.
I was denied my unemployment. Manda won my case. She was professional, friendly and easy to get information from. I would hire her again.
Very promt in responding to my questions no matter how big or small they are, she took my case after talking to numerous ones that wanted nothing to do with it. I don't even know the outcome yet but that will not change my view of Manda and her services, professionalism, caring and believing in me and my case.

Miss. Thomas was contacted by me hours before my court date and she got the work done as if she was working on it for weeks. It doesn’t seem like any job is too big or too small For her. Thank you Miss. Thomas.
Miss. Thomas was very professional and fast. My company needed legal service for demand of payment for services rendered. Miss. Thomas was able to get eveything we asked and in a very timely manner. I recommend her to all my friends and family.
Manda was recommended to me in regards to taking wrongful termination cases. Our first phone call was her gathering information about my case, the second phone call mirrored the same because she forgot. I paid her basically to get my files from my employer. She did not schedule an appointment or try to hear me out professionally.
I needed my severance package reviewed. She did get me a few more dollars without charging anything over her consultation fee.

I was referred to her office by my other attorney. My first phone interview was set up by her assistant. I was ready for the call and I never got the call. I proceeded to call her office the next day and had my interview at that time. The second phone meeting, also was set up by her assistant.

During consultation she barely looked at any of the information I had to present and I felt she did not believe what I had told her. She originally did not charge me consultation fee but because I persisted as i believed in my case she then charged me the consultation fee.
Employment I basically I gave her my paid file and just of my case in person verbally. What happened is true and she just gave up on me after I paid her my first fee. Dog bite-she found the owner of the home which was renting it out.
The Fifth Amendment contains the right against self-incrimination, and the Sixth Amendment contains the right to counsel. The name Miranda comes from a 1966 Supreme Court case Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436.
To invoke your Miranda rights (even the right to remain silent), you must say something to police that indicates you are choosing to remain silent and want the interrogation to end or that you want an attorney. Staying quiet in the face of the questioning is not enough to invoke Miranda or to make the interrogation stop.
The police begin to question her about what she saw. Because they're questioning her as a witness and have not restrained her movement in any way, they're not required to give her Miranda warnings.
Miranda warnings inform people of their constitutional rights to remain silent and to have a lawyer present during police questioning. Police read Miranda rights after detaining someone but before beginning an interrogation (questioning). Police must inform arrestees of the following:
If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you if you so desire. The police don't have to say the warnings in that exact way or order. They just need to convey these rights to an accused person.
The Supreme Court found that Miranda's confession should not have been used as evidence because the police had not informed him of his rights to remain silent and have an attorney present during interrogation. Even though no evidence suggested that ...
However, during the questioning, Melody mentions a detail that the police don't believe she could have known without being involved in the fire. They then arrest her on suspicion of arson and inform her of her Miranda rights.

7. Doesn’t Get Paid Unless You Win. If you’ve been on the fence about hiring a disability lawyer because of monetary concerns, worry not. In most states, an attorney or advocate cannot collect fees unless you win the case. The attorney’s fee will be deducted from your total benefits once it’s released.
