In court documents obtained by SOHH.com, Tekashi69 tells the judge he cannot afford to pay a civil judgment. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Tekashi's former lawyers at the law firm Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt are officially out as his lawyers in the court battle over a New York shooting.
Tekashi 6ix9ine's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, was removed from his racketeering case due to a potential conflict of interest on Tuesday, according to a Complex report. Lazzaro portrayed Hernandez as a young man who joined the Nine Trey gang to promote his rap career and support his family.
Prosecutors said in court filings that he and other gang members carried out a March 2018 shooting in Times Square, an April 2018 shooting at the Barclays Center , a June 2018 shooting at the W Hotel in Times Square, and more.
He stressed that he’d change his ways when he’s out of prison. He also directly apologized to a woman who told the court that she was shot in the foot in a July 2018 shooting in Brooklyn.

Wonzer and Dozier were robbed on April 3, 2018, by almost half a dozen members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. Tekashi 69 sat by and filmed the attack, as Denard “Drama” Butler and his gang associates relieved Wonzer and Dozier of their jewelry, cash, cameras, and a hard drive with over a decade’s worth of footage.
The pair could be traumatized all over again as they may have to relive that fateful day on the stand. Tekashi 69 is also asking the court “to serve written discovery and depose Plaintiffs on the issue of their purported damages,” according to Meloni.
Tekashi 69 is not disputing that he will probably have to pay Wonzer and Dozier, but he is trying to get a handle on just how they were impacted by the robbery, which will ultimately determine the amount of money he will have to shell out. Advertisement. Advertisement.
Before he does, Tekashi 69 wants to grill the physicians who concluded the pair was traumatized by the robbery.
But their marks were innocent victims and had nothing to do with the feud. There’s no doubt of Butler and Tekashi 69’s guilt – they both admitted to pulling off the robbery during a feud with Rap-A-Lot Records.

Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier just filed suit against the rapper, claiming he was part of the criminal conspiracy set in motion in April 2018 that led to them getting bum-rushed and robbed at gunpoint in NYC -- something Tekashi himself testified and pled guilty to in federal court.
In the suit, filed by powerhouse attorney Joe Tacopina, they say although Tekashi didn't do the robbing himself ... he did film the whole thing from an SUV outside, while his cohorts in the Nine Trey Bloods did the dirty work.
