Tomorrow will be my first court date for my 2nd Dui. It’s been five long horrible months. I just learned of my BAC today and it was much higher than expected and my video wasn’t all that great either. I’m hoping for a good plea deal but that is a long shot. My life is a complete shit show.

On to probation and a better life

So, in March I got an OWI. 2 days in jail, BAC .27, accident, the works. I felt AWFUL about everything, couldn't eat, could barely sleep, only got out of bed to go to work and come home. All I could think about was how I could've ended somebody elses life, how I just fucked everything up, my life was ruined and there was nothing to fix it.

Outcome

Crashed and totaled my car and their car back on September 19, 2019. Blew a .23.

Got lucky and learned a great lesson

Last weekend I had a few beers (tipsy but not drunk) and got pulled over. I was very functional and the cop just pulled me over Bc I was speeding a lil. I was very courteous to the officer and gave my license to him without him asking. He didn’t suspect me drinking. He gave it back after 10 minutes sitting in his charger and wished me a good night.

Michigan HIGH HIGH BAC OWI

You might recall I posted about my Indiana high BAC OWI a few weeks back. Well I also got another one in Michigan 3 months after that but both court cases were both resolved recently. I had very good and expensive lawyers.

4th OWI in Wisconsin

I got my 4th OWI in wisconsin. Lost my drivers license for life, 1 year in jail about 5 grand in fines and probation for 3 years with absolute sobriety for the probation time and court orders alcohol and drug counseling.

CO DUI Update

Back in December I was arrested for a DUI and also received a citation for Careless Driving. I totaled my car hitting a sign that says “Don’t Drink and Drive” (universe was definitely sending a message). I consented to a blood test that came back at 0.154.

I got a DUI last May and I finally saved up for a new car recently so I was shopping around for insurance and I though ‘The General is supposed to be forgiving to drivers.’ They quoted me $666 per month.

Guys, I made it

I picked up the final summary of my case today. Last line is: "Probation Terminated. Case Closed" It is over. I am free.
