Civil Documents: The âCivil Documentsâ (which are the same documents submitted alongside Form I-130, plus police certificates), the supporting documents for the affidavit of support (such as tax transcript), and the signed Affidavit of Support form itself have all been scanned and comply with CEAC scanning rules.

How did you become naturalized if you did not meet the residential requirement for Naturalization? If you met the requirement for Naturalization it makes no sense that you do not meet the requirement for your baby to become a USC.#N#There is no derivative status for a marriage based immigration case.
