Not if you do it right. You can include trademarked products as an ingredient in recipes, and even show photos of the products. But you can only use photos that are yours (and not an infringement of someone's copyright in other photos) and you must identify the trademarked products as such (with a disclaimer as to who holds the TM right).

I agree with all of the above answers. It depends on how you use the product name and photo. If you're simply listing a product name as an ingredient, it's much less likely to be an issue. If you call your dish or your cookbook by that trademarked product name, then that can be a problem.
