Nov 15, 2017 · Is the Lawyer supposed to provide a breakdown of how much he has spent prior to the lawsuit going to court. He is stating he spent anywhere from $8,000-$10,000. He does not specify a set amount. Nor does he say what the monies was for. Also, if he stated from the beginning he is to receive 30 percent then does not remain 30 percent at settlement.
