This is the first that Renee is hearing about it and is a little surprised that no one from her office has informed her. The following day, Nate falls out with Annalise and runs to Renee which results in the two having passionate sex.
Later, the rest of the Keating Four and Oliver find out that Nate killed Miller. Bonnie discovers a phone call Miller made which makes him seem innocent. After Bonnie shows Nate and Annalise the phone call Miller made before the transfer of Nate Sr., Nate decides to prove Miller is responsible for his father's death.
During his transfer to the psychiatric facility, two of the guards shot Nate in the head, killing him while under the orders of Lynne Birkhead. The two guards then staged the crime scene to make it appear that Nate tried to attack them.
This all came to an end, however, when Annalise decided to end her relationship with Eve so that she could be with (and eventually marry) her therapist, Sam Keating. Eve did not take well to the breakup and has yet to move on, still thinking about her former lover every day.
She tells the court that it ended when she got pregnant, however, as she was being raped by multiple men she had no idea who the father was, nor does she know what happened to her baby once she gave birth.
What Was the Real Reason? It is not until the final season that Bonnie clears the air on what drove Connor's selection. It turns out that it has to do with Connor's older project, where he used his knowledge of the law to help expose gay conversion camps. Also, it was not Annalise but Bonnie, who selected Connor.
Aiden Walker: At first, Michaela and Aiden are happily engaged. However later, when Aiden meets Connor the two embrace in a warm welcome with the two revealed to have attended boarding school together.
She disappeared at the end of "Please Say No One Else Is Dead" along with her son Christopher Castillo. Its later revealed in "Annalise Keating Is Dead" that Laurel fled to Brooklyn with Tegan Price's help out of fear of her family and what they might do to her and Christopher.
Connor subsequently expresses remorse for his life of lying and deceit and after Laurel reveals their perjury on the stand, Connor decides to go to prison and stop lying. Connor files for divorce from Oliver, feeling that he is only causing Oliver harm and turning him into a bad person.
Michaela didn't appear to be in attendance at Annalise's funeral, though she was shown being sworn in as a judge with two young girls, presumably her daughters, by her side. She may have lost her friends by acting in her own self-interest, but she seemed to achieve the career aspirations she'd always been chasing.
In the end, Nate lied for Annalise, saying that Hannah was the one who framed him for Sam's murder (if you remember, Annalise actually did this). After his testimony, Nate went to Annalise's apartment and forgave her for everything and said he wanted to move on.
It turns out, Annalise tried to adopt Wes after his mom's death, while he was still a child. Until now, it was always been a little unclear why Annalise was so determined to look after Wes, even into adulthood.
