- Graduate from Law School
- After graduating register in the supreme court and ask for an oath hearing.
- After your hearing, register yourself with the Executive Branch so that sometime that same year the Dominican President will include you in the Exequatur Presidential Decree.
- After you get your decree, go to the Dominican School of Lawyers (Similar to the Bar in the US) get yourself admitted.
- Having your School of Lawyer's License you are able to practice the profession.
The requirements are:
- A law degree from a Dominican Law School or the revalidation at the University of Santo Domingo (UASD) of a law degree obtained in a foreign university.
- Registration with the Supreme Court and attendance at an oath hearing.
