Jan 30, 2010 · All said, new partners in public accounting earn b/w $250,000 and $300,000 and a couple of the more senior partners that I worked with earned b/w $600,000 - $1,500,000. Managing Partners in large offices earn more. Keep in mind though, that it is much more difficult to make partner in public accounting than biglaw.
