For Scottsdale dietitian Karen Graham, nutrition has always been about helping people. Her impact started when she was a volunteer in the Peace Corps in 2000, in a Surinamese rainforest. Pending the closure of a few acquisitions, Harvest will have licenses to open more facilities than any other company in the nation, White says. “Starting a business in the medical cannabis industry was the best move of my life. Building something to be proud of and being on the front end of a social evolution has been amazing.”
